Who can access?

Membership in the site is void where prohibited. This site is intended solely for users who are thirteen years of age or older. User’s data

You, as user, agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date registration information, maintain the security of your password and identification, and be responsible for your account and your actions on the site.
